SMSBomber for Android

E-mail Print PDF

This is a fun little app for Android that can send as many messages as you choose. Simply start typing the name you want to send to if they are in your contacts and it should auto complete the name. If you just have the phone number you want to send to just enter it in the field.

SMSBomber example SMSBomber example 2

Then enter the message you want to send, I like to send the message "This is the text that never ends". Now enter how many times you want to send the message. Click append count if you want to let the Victim know how many messages are being sent.

Download: > 2.0 version for droid and nexus one: SmsBomber

--fast mode sends all messages at once a lot quicker but it usually crashes the phone beware.

ISSUES=====

This program doesn't work on every android phone, im not sure why I haven't spent much time on this program. But it works for most phones.

Install off market app

E-mail Print PDF

The easiest way to install an Android application that is not on the market is to go into settings->applications and check Unknown sources.

Then you can download the application to your phone and when you open it, it will install. However some phones don't have this option because providers like to limit phones capabilities and lock it down. So the next easiest option is to download the android sdk which is a development kit from google, you can find it at http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html: download the one for your operating system and extract it where ever you want.

Then you'll have to enable usb debugging on your phone, to do this go to settings->applications->Development  and check usb debugging.

then open up a terminal:

On Mac go to Applications-> Utilities -> Terminal

On Windows its just cmd, I think you can just hit windows and r at the same time and type in cmd and press run.

On linux, im assuming you can find it.

Then navigate to the directory you extracted the sdk by typing in: cd <path to sdk>

Then type in to the terminal: tools/android update sdk

This will bring up a box that will download a bunch of android utilities, make sure to accept and hit the install button.

sdk install

Once that is done then type in the terminal: platform-tools/adb install <path to application you want to install>

to install my app if you extracted the sdk and download the textbomber in the same folder the command to run would be:

platform-tools/adb install ../TextBomber10.apk

then it should spit out some text on the terminal like:

1521 KB/s (19045 bytes in 0.012s)

pkg: /data/local/tmp/TextBomber10.apk

Success

if it didn't then you need to make sure that you enabled usb debugging and the phone is plugged into the computer.
